Intelligent Transport Vehicle

The bogie transport vehicle is designed for intelligent transfer and circulation of bogies along the maintenance line.
The vehicle chassis adopts an H-shaped structural design, consisting mainly of the vehicle body (including the drive system), a bogie lifting mechanism, an obstacle detection system, and an onboard network system.

It is equipped with a wireless remote controller and supports multiple operating modes, including:

Automatic scheduling mode controlled by the dispatching system based on work orders

Manual operation mode via the remote controller

Maintenance mode

Under the centralized scheduling mode, the line control system ensures interlocked operation between the RGV transport vehicle and equipment including turntables, bogie turnover stations, and safety protection gates.

The vehicle features a dual-level safety protection system:

Primary: 360° obstacle scanning, enabling automatic stop and alarm upon detection of obstacles, with adjustable detection distance

Secondary: safety bumper strips around the perimeter that trigger emergency stop and alarm upon contact

A three-color warning light and acoustic alarm are installed to indicate operating status and ensure safe operations.
