This production line is designed for automatic feeding and transfer of inner and outer springs for platform EMU products, including cold-fitting of outer springs with snow shields, automatic trimming of the snow shields, pre-press assembly of inner & outer springs with upper and lower plates, and pre-installation of process bolts. The system also enables automatic unloading of assembled axle box spring components, along with automatic loading and unloading of spring and plate tooling containers.
Through integrated and coordinated automated equipment, the line ensures standardized, takt-based, and highly consistent production of axle box spring assemblies.
