Description

Automated Bearing & Axle Box Assembly Line Control System

The control system enables the automation, digitalization, and intelligent operation of bearing–axle box assembly processes. It ensures efficient integration and coordinated execution of assembly, material flow, and data management.

The material conveying system adopts a balanced design with hierarchical management and transparent data flow. An industrial PC and the main PLC jointly undertake system-wide scheduling and control:

Industrial PC (IPC)
Responsible for task generation and dispatching, data management, information tracking, and communication with external systems.

Main Control PLC
Handles intelligent equipment control, logic execution, and safety interlocks.

Upstream, the material handling control system communicates with the WMS and the production line control system through the network, enabling material information acquisition, picking and scheduling task execution, and reporting confirmation records.

Downstream, the system interfaces via communication links with AGVs, material buffer zones, elevators, conveyor lines, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), and empty pallet stackers, completing the monitoring and control of all downstream equipment and warehouse locations.
